A substantial rear extension combined with extensive garden works and full internal and external upgrades.
The project included a new open plan kitchen, family bathroom, replacement windows and doors throughout, new fascias and soffits, and the creation of an additional bedroom and home office. The kitchen was supplied and installed by our sister company, Method Kitchens, ensuring a cohesive and high quality finish.
Completed on time in approximately 16 to 20 weeks, with an overall investment in the region of £140,000 to £160,000.


Kitchen Renovation & Structural Alterations
Medway Crescent, Hadleigh
A full kitchen renovation involving extensive structural alterations to create a large open plan space.
The works included the removal of multiple internal walls between the existing kitchen and dining room, along with the full removal of a central chimney breast. Significant structural steelwork was installed to support the new layout, followed by full re plastering and a complete electrical installation.
The kitchen was designed, supplied and installed by our sister company, Method Kitchens, delivering a cohesive and high quality finish throughout.
Completed on time in approximately 10 weeks, with an overall investment in the region of £35,000 to £45,000.
Loft Conversion, Rear Extension & Full Renovation
Fernwood, Hadleigh
A comprehensive transformation involving a loft conversion, rear extension and full renovation of the existing property.
The project included the demolition of the existing rear extension, followed by the construction of a new rear extension and a loft conversion creating two additional bedrooms and a large family bathroom. Internally, the property underwent a full rewire, new heating system installation, a new ground floor bathroom, new flooring and full decoration throughout.
The kitchen was designed, supplied and installed by our sister company, Method Kitchens, ensuring a cohesive and high quality finish across the home.
Completed in approximately 28 to 32 weeks, with an overall investment in the region of £230,000 to £260,000.


New Build Annexe
Stanley Road, Rochford
A high end, self contained new build annexe in Essex, designed for modern living and long term performance.
Positioned within the garden of the main home, this project created a space that offers both independence and closeness, allowing family to stay connected while enjoying their own environment.
The bespoke layout includes a one bedroom design with an open plan kitchen and living space, separate utility room and a generous bathroom, finished to a clean, contemporary standard.
Built with energy efficiency in mind, the annexe incorporates underfloor heating, solar PV panels and a high performance building envelope. Thermal values exceed current Building Regulations, with strong airtightness achieved at 1.55 m³/h·m² at 50Pa.
Completed on time in approximately 16 to 18 weeks, and delivered within budget, with an overall investment in the region of £165,000 to £180,000.
Comprehensive Home Renovation
Kings Road, Benfleet
A comprehensive renovation delivered in carefully phased stages.
The project included a full ground floor refurbishment, with upgrades to the first floor and external elements. Works included new windows and a secure front door, flat roof upgrades, a new kitchen, multiple bathroom installations including a downstairs bathroom, en suite and main bathroom, as well as stair refurbishment and new flooring throughout.
The kitchen was designed, supplied and installed by our sister company, Method Kitchens, ensuring a cohesive and high quality finish. A standout feature was the bespoke media wall, combining storage, lighting and integrated audio visual elements.
Delivered across multiple phases, with an overall investment in the region of £190,000 to £220,000.


Full Garden Renovation & Outbuildings
Braemer Crescent, Hadleigh
A complete garden transformation including new outdoor structures and landscaped living areas.
The project involved a full strip out, followed by the construction of a rendered patio area with new steps, a timber frame garage with uPVC fascias, soffits and doors, and a new outbuilding with WC and usable internal space. Additional works included a raised rear patio, porcelain tiling throughout, silicone render to the garage, new fencing, and new lawn with prepared planting areas.
Completed on time in approximately 8 weeks, with an overall investment in the region of £45,000 to £55,000.
