This project consisted of a large rear extension, extensive garden works, a new open plan kitchen, new family bathroom, new windows and doors through out, fascias and soffits and an additional bedroom & office. Our sister company Method kitchens supplied and installed the kitchen.
Extensive internal alterations & modification.
Medway Crescent, Leigh on Sea.
Our team took this tired kitchen/diner into an amazing open plan liveable space. We took the lower part of the chimney out which ran through the middle of the house, internal supporting walls and supported them all with an extensive steel structure. Our sister company Method Kitchens supplied and installed the kitchen plus we took care of all the finishings.

Our team took a tired conservatory and transformed it into this amazing kitchen diner. We installed a large steel a frame to the rear of the house to make the space flow seamlessly with the original house. We took care of all the internal finishings including a new wc, utility room and an additional bedroom.

Our clients wanted to create a large open plan kitchen which felt light and spacious. We removed a large part of the rear of the house and installed the extensive steel work to support what was needed. We created a new wc and utility room including the internal finishings.

This large project consisted of a rear extension, internal alterations, new upvc doors and windows, bifold doors, internal finishings, underfloor heating through out, each with its own individual room thermostat, summer house and external block paving.
Side extension with livinroof & internal modifications.

As suppliers and installers of ULTRAFRAME livinroof conservatory roofs, we were really pleased to create this side extension for our clients. We knocked through the side of the house to create a light and spacious living area. We installed underfloor heating and took care of all the finishing touches.
Loft conversion, external & internal modifications.

This was a great transformation turning a large bungalow roof space into 3 bedrooms, large family bathroom, walk in wardrobe and lots of new storage spaces. We also created a downstairs toilet and utility room space.

This project involved a full renovation of the downstairs area, including new windows throughout, a secure front door, upgraded flat roofing, and the design, supply, and installation of a modern kitchen. Our standout achievement was creating a bespoke media wall, seamlessly combining storage, lighting, and integrated audio-visual features to become the focal point of the living space.
