The Vision
The vision for Wellsfield was to transform the entire property, both inside and outside, creating a home designed around modern family living.
Rather than simply adding additional space, the focus was on improving how the whole property worked. The aim was to create better flow throughout the home, larger open spaces and a stronger connection between the internal living areas and the garden.
A key part of the transformation was redesigning the existing three tier garden. The original layout limited how the outside space could be used, so the levels were carefully redesigned to create a cleaner, more practical two tier garden that worked naturally with the new extension.
The project also included upgrading the existing property with new windows throughout, replacement fascias and soffits, helping modernise the appearance and create a complete transformation.

The original three tier layout was removed and redesigned into two larger, more usable areas. This involved excavation, retaining structures, drainage considerations and landscaping to create a garden that complemented the new living space.
Every stage was carefully planned so the extension, kitchen, renovation and garden felt like one complete project.
