The Vision
The vision for Medway Crescent was to transform a series of enclosed rooms into one bright, open plan living space centred around a beautifully designed kitchen.
Rather than simply replacing the existing kitchen, the focus was on improving how the entire ground floor functioned. By removing internal walls and the central chimney breast, the layout could be completely reimagined to create a home that felt larger, lighter and better connected.
Every decision was made to improve everyday living, creating a space where cooking, dining and entertaining could naturally come together.

The transformation combined intelligent structural design with carefully considered interior finishes to create a home that works beautifully for modern family life.
Following the structural works, the property was completely replastered and rewired before the installation of a bespoke kitchen designed, supplied and fitted by our sister company, Method Kitchens.

Every detail was considered to ensure the finished space felt seamless, practical and built to last.
Bringing the Vision to Life
Turning the design into reality required careful planning, engineering and coordination throughout every stage of construction.
The existing layout was carefully dismantled before new structural steelwork was installed to support the property and create the open plan layout. Once complete, the project progressed through electrical works, plastering and the installation of the new kitchen.
Completed in approximately ten weeks, every stage was managed to ensure a smooth build and a consistently high standard of finish.

The completed renovation has transformed the way the property is experienced, replacing several smaller rooms with one spacious living environment designed around everyday life.
