Design & Build Service
At EcoBuilders.Green Ltd, we offer an all-inclusive service that handles all the paperwork and permits required before commencing a project. There is no need to search for architects, structural engineers, or surveyors as we have them all in-house.
Design-build is a project delivery system that combines both design and construction functions into a single contractual entity. Unlike traditional project delivery, where an owner must manage two separate contracts for a designer and contractor, the design-build approach allows the owner to manage one contract with a single point of contact. The contractor and designer work together from project start to finish, providing recommendations based on the owner's budget and schedule.
